What would I do at Litmus?
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the definition and delivery of product solutions, executing the product strategy, and the associated tactical components of new solutions and enhancements. You will provide input on the broader product strategy and make recommendations to shape the roadmap. You will drive the execution of product improvements, collaborate on go-to-market tactics and deliverables, track and meet deadlines, and report on outcomes the team achieves. You’ll work closely with team members from UX, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to conceive and execute the Litmus product experience.
On any given day you will:
- Conduct discovery research or testing a new user experience with Litmus customers
- Analyze product KPIs and reviewing learnings with team members
- Brief design and engineering teams on product goals, requirements and prioritization
- Execute, analyze and launch product features and capabilities
- Prioritize and scope product enhancements
- Communicate the status of projects and progress towards milestones
- Collaborate on business cases to inform executive leaders and stakeholders
- Collaborate on a product launch with product marketing
What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?
- B2B SaaS experience; content personalization and/or email marketing product experience highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing a roadmap and strategy that is backed by a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and the available market solutions.
- The ability to go broad as well as deep: solving for the bigger picture and long term goals whilst rolling up their sleeves and jumping in to drive forth execution.
- Testing/agile mindset: A keen ability to analyze data, recognize trends, and identify key levers for optimization.
- Ability to define KPIs and understand and interpret data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure product outcomes.
- Ability to break down complex problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risk.
- Communicate clear requirements and solution details to the broader team that drive the appropriate product outcomes.
- Manage project milestones and deliverables for multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communication and information to different audiences.
