Hims and Hers is looking for an entrepreneurial product leader to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will join the provider platform product team and work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Telemedicine Operations, Medical Affairs, Growth, and executive teams to define and execute a product strategy that enables providers to seamlessly provide care to hims & hers patients.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand our users (healthcare providers, patients, and internal users), their problems, where they find value, and where we have opportunities to improve
- Drive product development, from ideation through technical develop and launch of products that deliver seamless care and improve patient experience
- Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into product requirements to deliver innovative, differentiated user experience
- Collaborate effectively across product, engineering, design, operations, analytics to align product priorities to business needs
- Develop a clear roadmap by integrating company strategy, research, and both qualitative and quantitative data
- Leverage data-backed product vision and strategy for the provider platform, balancing short and long term goals
- Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide
- Maximize efficiency in a fast growing company with a constantly evolving environment
Experience/Skills
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience, ideally in multi-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, or healthcare
- Superb written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to senior/executive cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, understand company strategy, and blend broader company goals with your deliverables.
- Experience A/B testing at scale and leveraging results to drive prioritization decisions
- Comfort with data and experience balancing quantitative and qualitative insights to guide your strategy and create a compelling narrative.
- A love for understanding how everything works, diving deep into details from data analysis to technical design
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth and rapidly changing environment
