The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead Amperity's predictive modeling product. Our predictive models help some of the world's leading brands solve critical challenges from reducing churn and acquiring high-value customers to driving personalization at scale. With five pending patents, Amperity's predictive modeling capabilities are uniquely creative in the market.

You'll define the product strategy for predictive modeling, drive adoption of existing models, and enhance the performance and usability of our predictions. You'll shape how predictive insights and audiences create measurable revenue across industries, while making advanced ML accessible to multiple users. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management - AI.

    • Improve customer value by making predictions actionable and measurable.
    • Translate highly technical capabilities into intuitive, accessible product experiences for end users.

About You

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Background in building ML models or deep experience with technical ML/AI products.
  • Experience iterating with customers and incorporating feedback into product strategy.
  • Passionate about ML/AI, with a habit of staying up-to-date on the latest trends and breakthroughs.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners who can bridge the gap between technical depth and value.

Location

Seattle, WA 

Our hybrid work model includes three days in the office each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility

Compensation

Base Salary:  $170,000-$230,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options:  The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
