Product @ Polar Analytics

As a product-led organisation, product is a central function of Polar Analytics. Currently managed by the founders, this is an opportunity to come in and establish the foundations.

Our principles when it comes to product:

  • Be outcome driven
Define which goal you are going after and why

  • Lead with data
What is the hypothesis that you have to reach that goal? What is the data that you are coming up with to get to that hypothesis?

  • Prioritise Speed over perfection
    "Can we ship this today?"

  • Own the outcome
Inspire the team to come up with the best solution to a specific outcome that you own and are held accountable for

  • Be creative / Have fun
