✨ Your mission :
As a Senior Product Manager at Skello, you'll be responsible for the evolution, optimisation and innovation of Skello's product. You will need to work closely with all the other teams (Tech, Sales, CSM, Marketing, Ops..).
? What you will be doing :
- You will do user research, collect product feedback, in collaboration with the Sales and CSM team, to ensure that Skello always meets customers' needs.
- You will transform your roadmap into a backlog of user stories and plan developments in collaboration with the developers and the designer of your team (impact team).
- You’ll manage the roadmap: capture work from a wide range of inputs, understand and prioritise every insight so you'll always be working on the most impactful projects
- You'll prepare the sprints, write User Stories and manage the smooth running of the sprints on a daily basis to maintain the cohesion of the technical team around the product.
- You will actively participate in Skello's product strategy and be owner of your roadmap according to the KPIs and product objectives.
- You will measure the impact of new features, analyse their use, in order to constantly optimise the product.
- You will embody the product vision and the strong ambition of our tech/product team.
?You might be a good fit if you :
- Have at least 4 years of Product Management experience in a startup / scale up or in a company that's product oriented, ideally in B2B. You have a proven track record of shipping impactful product.
- Are user-centric and data driven & have a strong analytical mindset, making strategic product decisions based on data;
- You know how to use different analytics tools like Amplitude, Segment, Hotjar, Looker.. and you use them on a daily basis in order to make the best decisions for our users and our product.
- You are a business savvy and strategic thinker.
- You possess great communication skills, both written and oral. You can clearly communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them.
- You are fluent in English, and Spanish or German. French would be a big plus.
- You go beyond your assignments, you are proactive and take initiatives; you're self driven.
- You are well organized and efficient.
