ABOUT THE ROLE 

Peloton is looking for a product manager to help define, build, and launch a whole set of new experiences focused on growth, in one of the most exciting new business areas: Partnerships. We are redefining the space – setting a new bar for what  members can come to expect. 

This is a role for builders who love navigating through ambiguity, diving deep into the data, establishing a vision, and working across engineering teams to build and prioritize key features. You will have an opportunity to play a significant role in how we build a brand-new set of experiences to drive growth and member value. This role is highly cross-functional working across the Peloton team to create powerful experiences for our members. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Establish vision: You will think big, build the product vision, and create a roadmap to help scale Peloton’s growth and product partnerships. 
  • Obsess over members: You will drive market research, user research, data analysis and user testing, and work directly with our B2B partners to inform product requirements 
  • Build for impact: You will launch new, partnerships-driven DTC and B2B2C experiences, test their performance, and iterate quickly 
  • Collaborate and Influence: You will work closely with software, UX design, technical program management, business development, member experience, legal, marketing, strategy, and others to create key features to drive the business forward. 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 1-3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role 
  • You have delivered complex, cross-functional products that have made a big impact
  • Strong user empathy and obsession: you enjoy obsessing over getting the customer experience right, and you like to invent on behalf of members. 
  • Data-informed: you lean on data to make decisions and when you don’t have data, you search for customer anecdotes to gain insights 
  • External-ready, excellent written and verbal communication skills: you effectively drive discussions and decisions with large groups, leadership, and B2B partners
  • You earn trust with your team and partners: you listen, you are inclusive, you treat others with respect, and you are willing to be vocally self-critical 
  • Bias to action: you are able to navigate ambiguity and complexity with decisiveness and can move with speed to implement ideas 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bonus: Passion for the wellness and fitness space

Base Salary: $136,300.00to $177,300.00

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
