Not sure if the level in this job accurately describes you? Don’t hesitate to apply. We believe folks with all sorts of backgrounds and levels of experience can make great teammates!

Look around you today, every wall, window, door, and roof was made possible by the coordination of architects and a team of professionals. They are charged with the responsibility of creating our shelters and yet, they are left with nothing more than Excel to manage their work. Let's change that!

What is Monograph?

Monograph was founded by a team of ex-architects. Monograph is modernizing design professionals’ back office with a beautiful, data-driven platform to help them manage, plan and grow their companies. Our mission is to let architects get back to doing what they love and do best—design—not finance, management or Excel.

Why Work at Monograph?

People first: Core to the team, we believe in people first, curiosity, and empathy. You'll be our ambassador and deploy your genuine value for relationships to drive success and happiness.

Build a company that will redefine architecture: Project management is just the beginning...we have big ambitions to help facilitate the entire design process from becoming the document source of truth to coordinating with consultants. You can shape the future of building design.

Work with some of the best product people in the world: We’re an innovative team of highly productive individual contributors with a strong design background. You will be doing some of the best work of your life.

  • Work with some of the best product people in the world: From working with companies like IrisVR, WeWork, and Figma, we're a team of highly productive individual contributors with a strong design background. You will be doing some of the best work of your life.... in a 4-day (32hr) work week.

About the role

As our Sr. PM, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives focused on improving our customers’ financial workflows.

You'll meet periodically with teammates from product, sales, marketing and customer success to identify initiatives that have the highest hypothetical impact. Then you'll work with product designers to visualize potential solutions and validate those with customers, technical and business stakeholders. Then you'll collaborate with your dedicated engineering team to deliver those workflows and launch with the help of the GTM team. Throughout, you'll drive strong decision-marketing through AB testing, quantitative results, qualitative research and customer insights.

You'll report to the Head of Product.

What you'll do

  • Identify the largest opportunities for improving how our invoice, collect and report on “all things money” through product research and collaboration with sales, marketing and customer success. This will form the basis for your roadmap.
  • Develop hypotheses for new and improved workflows, then collaborate with design to prototype and validate those hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to build consensus around a solution and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Draw and present conclusions and recommendations through data-driven analysis of results.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer success to educate our team, our customers and bring new workflows to market by conveying the problems we're solving with the workflows and products we're launching.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding and representing their needs.

  • Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (ex: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering), MBA or other advanced degree preferred; or equivalent work experience

  • Scrappy, creative, and innovative like MacGyver
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Diplomatic
  • A natural leadership with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

You know
