The Role
SimplePractice is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our suite of mobile products. This product leader will be responsible for driving a world-class mobile experience that supports clinicians and clients. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about driving a holistic customer experience while building best-in-class solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for our clinician mobile apps. You'll drive the vision behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success
- Lead with data and empathy. You'll gather user insights, analyze A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions that ensure our app resonates with its audience
- Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and customer value
- Understand customer needs and market trends, and use that knowledge to inform product development decisions
- Champion collaboration. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality
- Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You're not afraid to dive into the details, experiment, and iterate quickly
- Continue to scale a world-class product. You know what it takes to scale a mobile app from hundreds of thousands to millions of users
Desired Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience leading the product development of a successful mobile app, ideally with hundreds of thousands of users or more
- Mobile Platform Understanding: Deep knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, including their respective guidelines, capabilities, and limitations
- Release Management: Hands-on experience in managing app releases, including beta testing, app store submissions, and post-launch monitoring
- User-Centered mobile design: Experience in user research, UX/UI design principles, and creating intuitive mobile interfaces that enhance user experience
- Analytics and Metrics: Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track and interpret user behavior, engagement metrics, and KPIs
- Mobile app trends: Understanding of mobile app market trends, competitive landscape analysis, and the ability to identify potential impact on product development and user experience
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and executives, to drive product development and launch
- A passionate advocate for your product with an infectious enthusiasm for building something truly remarkable
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of EHR systems and practice management systems
- Experience working with clinician workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, data privacy)
- Experience with telehealth or remote therapy
- SAAS industry experience
Base Compensation Range
$130,000 - $155,000 annually
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
