Contentsquare is building the next generation of visual analytics tools to help customers analyze their digital experiences. We offer our customers an unparalleled look into their complex experiences and journeys: across different data sources, dynamic content, and more. This is responsible for ensuring customers are able to leverage this robust and diverse dataset to drive decisions, get insights, monitor success and more.
We are expanding our mobile app analytics offering to include more functionality, cover new technologies and focus on a self-serve first, delightful implementation experience.
What you'll do
- Elevate the Mobile Experience: Drive innovation and differentiation in the mobile app analytics market by anticipating customer needs and capitalizing on strategic opportunities.
- Optimize Deployment and SDKs: Ensure our mobile offering provides a delightful and straightforward deployment experience for mobile engineering teams. This includes managing our Software Development Kits (SDKs) to ensure they are industry-leading, reliable, and exceptional.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Analytics: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide superior analytics capabilities across a comprehensive range of application frameworks.
- Enhance Efficiency and User Value: Continuously improve the efficiency of our services and overall experience for our users, taking consistent feedback from the field teams and our customers.
What we are looking for
- Strategic Leadership: You have defined and driven major technical innovations and strategy at the company or group level - going beyond supporting development to creating competitive advantage through unlocking innovation, efficiency, and differentiated offerings. You can clearly articulate both long and short term plans to motivate teams and drive impact.
- Cross-Org Influence: You can align and mobilize stakeholders across product lines, engineering, legal, and GTM. You operate comfortably in a matrixed environment where strategy must be adopted beyond their direct scope.
- Customer & Market Research: You have worked closely with customers to understand how they can be supported, uplifted, and accelerated. Understands the current market with an eye towards the future state.
- Engineering Partnership: You have forged strong partnerships with engineering to ensure solutions meet customer needs, business goals, and sets up for long term success.
- Technical Understanding of Data Collection Systems: You understand the strengths and limitations of various technologies, you can work closely with engineering to consider customer implications of technical decisions. You have experience working with SDKs or self serve setup of enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Enterprise-Ready: You have operated in B2B SaaS environments with customers across the globe including security- and compliance-conscious customers.
