Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Marketplace – a growing hub of financial deals, offers, and opportunities designed to help Americans living paycheck to paycheck stretch every dollar further. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s equal parts creative and analytical, with a relentless drive to uncover the next incremental dollar for our users and our business.
You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of our financial deals and offers ecosystem, which includes the consumer experience; underlying offer-serving technology; and partner tools. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and partnerships to identify, test, and scale new opportunities that create tangible savings and income for our users. If you love running rapid A/B tests, working closely with data, and finding the next growth lever, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our financial deals and offers Marketplace, from discovery to launch to optimization
Drive measurable business impact through new and optimized Marketplace features that put money back in users’ pockets
Define and track Marketplace product metrics and user behaviors that correlate with revenue outcomes
Collaborate with our Data Analyst to uncover insights, design experiments, and track performance
Partner closely with our Partnerships Manager to understand the partner end user, integrating and scaling offers that align with our mission and deliver real value to consumers
Prioritize ruthlessly based on data, user value, and ROI
Build, execute, and learn quickly through rapid A/B testing, user feedback, and iterative improvements
Communicate results and learnings clearly to stakeholders and leadership
What you'll bring
5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces or user monetization
A deep understanding of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision making
A bias for action: You thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments and know how to get things done
Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, design, and business development
A growth mindset and obsession with driving measurable outcomes
Passion for our mission: Helping Americans build financial stability and resilience
Nice to have
Experience with affiliate networks, ad technology, or deal aggregation platforms
Prior work in a high-growth fintech or marketplace environment
Comfort with SQL or data exploration tools
