Role overview
We're looking for a highly skilled and mission driven Senior Product Manager to lead Brigit’s “Earn & Save” Marketplace, an in-app marketplace where Brigit members can interact with products and services offered by our partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and product execution working closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing. This is a critical role reporting directly to the VP of Product with responsibility across both the product experience as well as developing and managing our key affiliate and advertising partnerships.

Minimum of 6+ years of total experience across digital products and B2C marketplaces
In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, technologies, and industry best practices
Experience working collaboratively with engineering, product design and user research teams, or experience directly in a Product Management role required
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
What you’ll be doing
Develop, maintain and execute against a clear product roadmap for the Brigit Marketplace product that aligns with company goals and objectives
Work with Brigit’s existing partnerships relationship manager to develop and maintain advertising partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships
Manage affiliate network and affiliate advertising partnerships to optimize their performance and drive results including negotiating partnership agreements
Use data and analytics to measure the success of product features and advertising partnerships to inform future product and partnership decisions
Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance
Analyze internal and external data, as well as market and competitive trends, to inform strategic decisions around our product offerings and go-to-market approach
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
