About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.

You will report directly to our co-founder and CPO Arnaud and you will work closely with our CTO and the engineering team.

This is a unique opportunity to join Marble early and to contribute to developing the leading risk management platform for fintechs and financial institutions.

🪂 You will

Cover a large scope of features that will have a very high impact on the business :

• Create and maintain our product roadmap
• Help prioritize features and plan our development backlog
• Work with engineers to streamline the product development process

Identify important customer problems and business opportunities, and support the team in creating successful solutions :

• Talk with potential and existing customers and users to understand their use cases and pain points
• Design appropriate solutions and features
• Enforce and evolve the design principles

Guide the product strategy and roadmap definition with a culture of fast iteration and learning

• Analyse our direct and indirect competitors
• Contribute to the product vision based on data collected
• Help us define our strategic and market positioning

🥇An ideal candidate has :

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in a fintech or B2B SaaS company
• You are driven by User Experience and you have shipped live, customer facing products that people love
• You have a good technical understanding especially of the architecture of complex applications
• You have a good design sense: you’re able to think deeply about product design decisions and understand how to create simple user interfaces

• You like to touch a lot of different subjects and problems, and find creative and agile solutions
• You are self-driven and you feel comfortable with autonomy
• You’re organized and you help bring calm and focus to the team. You excel at breaking down complex projects into actionable project plans.
• You have strong communication skills and can adapt your language to business and technical stakeholders
• You have a strong attention to details, edge cases, and overall quality
