LeanData helps the world’s fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue. Our Orchestration and Buying Groups Edition (BGE) products are mission-critical to our customers' go-to-market operations, enabling them to better manage complex buying processes, optimize revenue workflows, and gain actionable insights across their funnel.
As we continue to scale our product footprint and expand our strategic offerings, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead key aspects of our Orchestration and BGE product lines. This individual will also collaborate closely on internal and external integrations and should bring experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence to help elevate the insights and reporting capabilities across the platform.
If you’re passionate about delivering world-class integrations, have a strong product sense, and enjoy building strategic partnerships, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Own and drive product strategy for components of the Orchestration and Buying Groups Edition product lines
Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of features that align with customer needs and business goals
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to execute the roadmap
Evaluate and scope technical solutions, identifying trade-offs and collaborating with engineering to ensure feasibility and scalability
Leverage Analytics/BI expertise to improve in-product reporting, analytics capabilities, and data-driven decision making
Prioritize ruthlessly using input from stakeholders, market research, customer feedback, and product telemetry
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on CRM and revenue operations ecosystems, including data models and key use cases
Collaborate with the integrations PM to align cross-product experiences, especially for shared technical components or dependencies
Establish and track product success metrics, iterating based on insights and performance against KPIs
Requirements:
4–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise SaaS environment
Previous experience with Analytics, BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), or in-product data visualization features
Experience working in or adjacent to the CRM, Marketing Automation, or RevOps ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to drive roadmap delivery independently and influence cross-functional teams
Strong technical acumen with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand APIs, integration patterns, and platform architecture
Comfortable navigating complexity across multi-product environments and aligning across stakeholders
Excellent communicator and collaborator — able to distill complexity into compelling narratives for customers and internal stakeholders
Comfortable shifting between strategic planning and tactical execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
