What you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Growth team within the Business Performance domain, focusing on the Lead to Cash (LTC) process. Reporting to the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling a robust, global Lead to Cash system that accelerates Doctolib’s growth through a profitable model. This role requires balancing short- and mid-term business needs while building a foundation for international expansion.
As a Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to develop and optimize a scalable Lead to Cash framework that empowers sales, finance, and growth teams to operate efficiently. You’ll leverage existing tools and drive the development of new capabilities (e.g. pricing calculator to support our 'a la carte' pricing and packaging strategy), ensuring the system is ready for future market launches and aligns with the Growth team’s focus on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own and define the vision and product strategy for the Lead to Cash process, advocating for it across Product Leadership and aligning it with ARR-focused KPIs.
- Turn strategy into action by working with Salesforce engineers, and partnering with other product teams of the Growth stream, to deliver impactful solutions.
- Support key business initiatives at different stages of the sales cycle, including:
- Hunting/Closing: Enhance sales efficiency within Salesforce, collaborating with local stakeholders to prioritize critical needs.
- Billing: Scale our custom quote system (built on Salesforce and Zuora) to accommodate local specificities in France, Germany, and Italy, and support 'à la carte' pricing and packaging strategy by developing a dedicated pricing calculator with its own technical stack.
- Invoicing/Payment/Finance: Streamline processes using Zuora, ensuring seamless integration with GoCardless and SAP for financial reporting and audits, supporting debt collection and customer payment runs.
- Simplify and unify the Lead to Cash engine to prepare for international expansion: Consolidate multi-tool processes into a cohesive system that meets local market needs while ensuring the LTC framework is adaptable for new country launches starting in 2026. This will build on the 2025 objective of supporting new product launches in existing countries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with local and global teams (PMM, GTM, Sales Ops, Finance, Customer Care, etc.) to balance diverse objectives (e.g., ARR growth vs. financial compliance) and drive cohesive outcomes.
