We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale our Expansion efforts. This PM will work on our new International Platform, building country agnostic items, to allow us to scale more rapidly. Examples of initiatives this person will work on will range from things as global merchant onboarding, global servicing models, regulatory workstreams and more.
You will be responsible for developing the Vision, Strategy, Roadmap and subsequently delivering a high value product with the help of your world class, cross functional partners. You will control the end to end ecosystem, which means identifying country agnostic products for both Merchants and Consumers.
As a platform expansion owner, you will be working in a highly collaborative and cross functional environment to deliver value to all of our internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Own the end to end vision for your area of the platform
- Drive the Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap for the portfolio of products that pertain to your problem area
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, designers, DS, and UX
- Build strong relationships across engineering and commercial teams to ensure a high-quality experience for both consumers and merchants
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis to build a best-in-class experience
- Execute in a fluid environment with creative solutions
What we look for
- 3+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager
- Comfortable with regular exec(CEO + Staff) visibility
- Experience leading through influence
- Experience driving complex strategies in previous roles
- Affinity for scrappy environments
- Experience working with Merchants directly is a plus
- Experience working on International Expansion workstreams is a plus
- Experience working in Fintech is a plus
Location - Remote U.S.

The majority of our roles are remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S. and Canada (with the exception of the U.S. Territories, Quebec, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories) unless the job indicates a different global location. We are currently building operations in Spain, Poland, and Australia. Employees in remote roles have the option of working remotely or from an Affirm office in their country of hire, and may occasionally travel to an Affirm office or elsewhere for required meetings or team-building events. Our offices in Chicago, New York, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Toronto will remain operational and accessible for anyone to use on a voluntary basis, subject to local COVID-19 guidelines.
