The Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Integrations portfolio. You’ll define and drive the strategy for how Ironclad connects with critical business systems—including Salesforce, SAP, Coupa, Microsoft Teams, Slack, DocuSign, Dropbox, and more—to streamline the contracting experience and enable seamless workflows across the enterprise.

As the integration owner for CLM, you’ll work closely with enterprise customers, engineering, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to build best-in-class experiences that tie Ironclad into the heart of the business tech stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Ironclad’s end-to-end integrations roadmap across the CLM journey.

  • Define a scalable integration strategy that supports core workflows and platform extensibility.

  • Write clear, actionable, and technically-sound product requirements that balance user needs with architectural best practices.

  • Partner closely with engineering leads and architects to scope, design, and deliver robust and secure integration solutions.

  • Prioritize a wide range of stakeholder needs using strategic thinking, data insights, and a strong product sense.

  • Deeply understand customer systems, pain points, and workflows across legal, sales, procurement, IT, and other business functions.

  • Lead customer discovery and research with enterprise users, architects, and implementation partners.

  • Be the subject matter expert and thought leader on systems integrations both internally and externally.

  • Collaborate with third-party partners (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Coupa) to ensure compatibility and explore joint opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally with customer success, solutions, GTM, and design to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.

  • Monitor success metrics, customer adoption, and performance of integrations; iterate based on feedback and usage data.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a strong focus on enterprise integrations and APIs.

  • Possess deep technical understanding of system architectures, data models, authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth2, SAML), and integration patterns (e.g., webhooks, ETL, middleware).

  • Can partner effectively with architects and engineering to drive technical design conversations and trade-offs.

  • Excel at writing clear product requirements and translating complex systems into intuitive user experiences.

  • Have excellent strategic thinking and prioritization skills—balancing short-term needs with long-term platform evolution.

  • Are known for your product sense, judgment, and ability to identify high-leverage problems and opportunities.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional collaboration and a customer-first mindset.

  • Have experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Coupa, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.

Why Ironclad:

  • Backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Sequoia, and Y Combinator.

  • World-class team solving complex problems with clarity and speed.

  • A strong culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration.

  • Building the category-defining CLM platform used by the world’s most innovative companies.

    Benefits:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401k

  • Wellness reimbursement

  • Take what you need vacation policy

  • Generous parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers
