Your work will directly impact user trust, retention, and lifetime value by making repayment easier and more flexible, while responsibly increasing access to higher credit limits over time.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Risk, Data, and Engineering and is ideal for a product manager who enjoys solving complex, user-centric problems with a combination of technology and insights.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead execution for repayment innovation, including repayment via direct deposit, payroll connectivity, and other automated or low-friction repayment mechanisms
Improve repayment success rates while reducing user friction, delinquency, and support burden
Deliver initiatives that responsibly increase Instant Cash credit limits, improving activation, repeat usage, and retention
Balance user value, unit economics, and risk through experimentation, segmentation, and iterative rollout strategies
Ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works while maintaining high quality in a regulated product space
Align stakeholders around clear priorities, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes
What You Have
4-5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, payments, or consumer financial products
Experience owning core product flows with meaningful revenue, risk, or retention impact
Strong intuition for user needs paired with a metrics- and experimentation-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working with data science or risk functions
Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from incubation to scale
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions
Nice to Have
Experience with payroll integrations, direct deposit, or repayment systems
Background in credit products, underwriting, or consumer lending risk
