Joining Collibra’s Product Team

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM). You’ll be joining a team focused on improving foundational user experiences that span our entire platform. We collaborate across design, writing, and engineering to bring a clear design vision to life, ensuring our products are not only consistent and accessible, but also inspiring to use. You’ll report directly to the Director of UX, Platform and partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy and vision into experiences our customers can feel. We believe in designing for impact and quality, and ease of use.

If you're passionate about turning vision into delivery reality, and want to help shape how platform experiences come to life, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role based in our Prague office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

What you will be responsible for

  • Translating platform-level product, UX, and design requirements into clear, actionable product and engineering tickets.
  • Driving delivery of these initiatives by partnering closely with engineers, designers, writers, and product stakeholders.
Managing backlog prioritization, sprint grooming, and delivery tracking for UX Platform-led initiatives.
  • Ensuring that the quality of implementation matches the design intent and meets accessibility, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Supporting communication and alignment across teams who contribute to or depend on platform UX work.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or related roles in platform, systems, or design tooling.
  • A strong understanding of UX and platform architecture concepts with the ability to speak both design and engineering languages.
  • Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for platform components or internal tooling.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaborative platforms (e.g., Jira, Figma, Confluence, GitHub).
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

You are

  • Able to break down complex technical problems into digestible, structured workstreams.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and distilling it into clarity through collaboration.
  • A champion for quality, design consistency, and internal alignment.
  • A strong cross-functional communicator who builds trust and influence across disciplines.
  • Curious and adaptive, always looking to improve how we work and what we deliver.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will be fully onboarded, understand our design systems and UX platform priorities, and begin contributing to active projects.
  • Within your third month, you’ll be independently managing delivery workflows, translating work into Jira tickets, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Within your sixth month, you’ll be proactively identifying improvements to process, product, or delivery and helping scale the impact of the UX Platform team across the organization.
