What we do
Businesses like Hyundai use our localisation platform to bring developers, designers and translators together in one virtual workspace. They use our platform to translate and localise content so it can be delivered across the web, apps, documents and even games to customers in their native languages.

Product Growth’s mission is to “Drive growth by accelerating and amplifying the value delivered to customers.” We do this by identifying the most impactful revenue opportunities across the Lokalise product suite and executing against them by building insight-driven product improvements.
Your primary objective is the growth of our business. As part of a cross-functional, small business group, you will bring a novel and innovative approach to growth that uses the products and interactions that our customers love.
You will:
- Experiment with step change growth initiatives. Working with your cross-functional PD team, you will look for high-impact innovative opportunities and find creative ways to experiment across the entire product on initiatives that will step change the growth of our business.
- Make data-driven decisions. Use data and broader market trends to support your trade-off decisions and problem impact estimations.
- Build relationships with your team, stakeholders, and executives to deliver change effectively across your remit. This includes growing to become the ‘go-to’ person for your product area; translating complex, technical problems into understandable concepts; and convincing stakeholders of the best approach using structured reasoning.
- Drive the product management process from start to finish; understand the market; ideate and validate new products and features; prioritize, prototype, test, implement, and monitor their success.
You must have:
- 5+ years of product management experience with digital products in an agile environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills - we want our product managers to have an outstanding ability to tackle interesting problems. At Lokalise, we start by asking ‘why?’, and a data-led approach is central to how we run Product.
- The ability to think outside the box. In line with Henry Ford’s philosophy, you are going to look for disruptive innovation in the localization industry - you will deliver a “car” instead of a “faster horse.”
