About The Team

  • The problem space around effectively communicating with our customers to increase engagement but not reduce trust

  • Notification look, timing, and behavior including the notification bell, use of banners/toasts/modals, etc.

  • The system (from a product perspective) that allows this all to happen

  • Internal processes on notification reviews to ensure we have

  • Experimenting on engagement techniques, partnering with teams to help them make their notifications more effective, and effectively sharing out learnings

This role will be part of the Expand team, but will work across Postman with Platform eng, customer success, pre-post sales, marketing, support and more - to ensure we have a notification that equally serves our internal and external customers.
