We build financial products that accelerate the economic freedom for people who move across borders. We started with car insurance — insuring over a million drivers — and we’re scaling beyond. Tens of millions of people move countries each year, facing overlooked financial challenges. Our future is in building financial products around their needs to positively impact their lives.
We’re really proud of the culture we’ve created. We push for progress every day, because we know that we’ll only hit big milestones by taking lots of smaller steps. We’re always open to helping our team mates, sharing our ideas, experience and knowledge to solve problems together. We take risks, think creatively and experiment relentlessly to meet our customer’s needs, and never pass blame when things go wrong. We encourage people at all levels to take ownership of their work, and to be bold in challenging how we do things. Everyone has a voice and the opportunity to make an impact.
And autonomy and ownership are only possible with clear direction. That’s why we collaborate to do in-depth planning twice a year, and make sure we leave with clear goals and objectives that flow from top to bottom. To make sure we’re as aligned as possible across functions, most of our work rolls up into three tribes; Acquisition, Retention & Claims. Each tribe has multiple teams embedded in it, working cross-functionally to do great work.
We’re so excited for all of the challenges up ahead, and we need more people to help us tackle them! If life at Marshmallow sounds like it could be for you, explore our Culture Handbook to find out more.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth team, one of the most ambitious squads at Marshmallow.
You’ll work on scaling our core Car Insurance product, while helping to unlock growth for new multi-product launches. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands how to drive growth across acquisition, conversion, and monetisation levers, and is hungry to deliver serious impact.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full growth stack, from optimising landing experiences and signup flows to unlocking entirely new channels, tactics, and customer segments. You’ll also help shape the foundations of our future products as we expand beyond car insurance.
Own the strategy and roadmap for growth initiatives across core and new products.
Identify high-leverage opportunities through data, user insight, and experimentation.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, data science, engineering, and operations.
Launch and scale new products or growth loops, with a clear commercial lens.
Use rigorous experimentation and iteration to validate ideas and drive outcomes.
Influence company direction by turning ambiguous problems into actionable strategy.
You’ll thrive here if you’re:
Entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed – you seek out untapped opportunities, move fast to test them, and know when to pivot or scale.
Ambitious and relentless – you’re hungry to build something big, and you don’t settle for “good enough.” You care deeply about outcomes.
Structured and strategic – you can zoom in to sweat the details and zoom out to connect your work to company goals.
Confident in ambiguity – you love complex spaces and can bring clarity where others see noise.
Commercially sharp – you know how to grow a product, not just build it.
6+ years of product management experience in consumer or SaaS environments.
A track record of shipping and scaling high-growth products.
Experience owning end-to-end experimentation – you’ve built funnels, run A/B tests, and iterated based on results.
Data fluency – you can define metrics, form hypotheses, analyse impact, and model growth.
Experience working cross-functionally in high-velocity product teams.
Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech, or regulated environments.
At Marshmallow, our Senior Product Managers (L5) are high-autonomy ICs who own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more squads. You’ll be the driving force behind bold bets, often shaping strategy that cuts across functions. Many of our Senior PMs have previously held roles like Senior PM, Lead PM, Principal PM, or Head of Product — but what matters most is your impact, clarity of thinking, and hunger to build.
We’re building products that make insurance fairer, simpler, and more accessible — especially for people often ignored by the industry. You’ll join a supportive, ambitious team who care deeply about what we’re building and how we build it.
