Coursera’s Product Management Team is growing rapidly and looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth, Degrees
In this role, you will set the vision & strategy for building a marketing technology stack to support recruitment of degree learners and integrate with university data systems to power nurture learners through the application cycle until acceptance.
Higher education is a 2 Trillion dollar market undergoing rapid transformation as learning moves online. Online Degrees is a crucial pillar for driving Coursera’s growth and furthering our mission to deliver affordable, high quality learning. As PM for Degree Growth, you will have a direct impact on driving degree revenue by building a marketing technology system that drives down the cost of degree recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Own the Marketing Technology Stack and the vision to support the growing business.
Build and integrate with CRMs (e.g Salesforce Marketing Cloud), university data systems (e.g Slate, Banner) and analytics (e.g Amplitude) to enable rich and timely journey based recruitment aligning to GDPR policies and security compliance.
Manage customer experience touch points across web and chat experiences
Empower marketers with marketing tools (e.g CMS) to launch and optimize landing pages
Monitor data quality in our Systems, ensuring data is complete, enriched and processed accordingly.
Drive short-term and long-term product vision and execution for increasing Coursera’s degree students, delivering impact every quarter via defining clear objectives and KPIs tied to recruitment goals
Collaborate with product and marketing teams across the organisation to deliver a cohesive experience
Effectively manage stakeholder relationships functionally and at senior levels (VPs & C-level) & align stakeholders on priorities and roadmap.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and diverse cross-functional stakeholders
Have a strong sense of ownership, can roll up your sleeves and drive end to end product development in highly cross-functional contexts, setting realistic expectations amongst competing priorities
Business analytical and structured thinking. Ability to absorb large amounts of information, distill key themes into action plans
Ability to partner closely with marketing, PM, UX Design and Engineering and Data science to execute on a vision
