Job Overview:
As Senior Product Manager for the Growth product team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Coursera's mission of providing universal access to world-class education. You'll optimize and expand top-of-funnel product-led growth strategies to attract and convert traffic to our subscriptions-based ecosystem, expanding our global reach and impact. Through rapid experimentation, you'll contribute to key initiatives such as internationalization, conversion rate optimization, referrals, and other growth strategies and tactics.

Compensation:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $136,000 and $296,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
