We are looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the Marketing website’s experimentation roadmap, working alongside Product, Data, Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering teams, and stakeholders from across the company to contextualize the B2B and B2C buyer experience for our target audiences and increase acquisition (self service sign-ups and sales assist lead generation).

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

5 - 7 years of relevant experience.
Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation design.
Strong data analysis skills; experience with Looker, Snowflake, and Google Analytics preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive significant growth in product sign-ups and revenue.
Fundamental knowledge of marketing practices and marketing technologies.
Experience partnering effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and product teams.
Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
Expert in agile scrum and kanban, experienced scrum master and product owner.
Hands-on experience with Contentful and Wordpress CMS required; experience with Unleash feature flags or similar experimentation tools preferred.
Positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity, and problem-solving growth mentality.

What you can expect:

Develop hypotheses and identify optimization opportunities for touch points in our B2B and B2C buyer journeys in conjunction with Data and Design teams.
Partner with leadership on a 12+ month web experimentation roadmap that helps us iterate towards more compelling experiences, increase our learning velocity, and optimize revenue growth (self service sign-ups and sales assists).
Measurement and insights for the B2B and B2C sign-up flows; set-up dashboards, deep-dive into metrics across web journeys to isolate bottlenecks, touch-point drop-off; identify signals and triggers that correlate with self service conversions and high quality leads.
Partner with Data, Data Engineering, and Web Engineering to improve data instrumentation on the web; evaluate and drive improvements in experimentation tooling.
Gather inputs from Marketing, Sales, and Data stakeholders and synthesize requirements to build research-driven, contextual experiences for our buyers.
Experimenting with the use of contextualized benefit-rich copy, design and user flows to differentiate 1Password and motivate buyers to contact Sales or sign up for 1Password’s growing portfolio of products.
Prioritize investments leveraging data insights and in consultation with cross-functional partners, building alignment.
Manage the end-to-end digital development lifecycle as the product owner and scrum master on a cross-functional scrum team; manage the web backlog for buyer-facing experiences, refine acceptance criteria for backlog items, draft Product Requirements Documents reviewed by the Web Director, plan sprints, communicate progress against the backlog and bulldoze impediments to get the work done.

USA-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $136,000 USD and $184,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
