About The Role:

Onfleet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead our platform’s growth and expansion as we continue to solve the most important challenges in the last mile delivery space. This role will work closely with their product squad - product design, engineering, and QA - to identify solutions to customer problems that are valuable to our users, viable for our strategy, feasible for us to build, and usable for our customers. This role requires a candidate who is both strategic and tactical, creative and empathetic. They are well-versed in scrum methodologies and agile thinking, understanding the product development process and how to lead a team through product discovery to identify the right solution to a problem. They also keep the bigger picture in mind, gathering key insights from users and product data to identify what’s next. They work cross-functionally with our partners in Marketing, Sales, Success, and Support to launch solutions that exceed what our customers hope for. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep, clear understanding of our customers and the market by regularly conducting user research, reviewing product metrics, and following industry trends
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap for your product area to execute our strategy and achieve our mission
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to connect the dots in our data and across various input sources to derive insights that will help us improve our products
  • Track product rollout and feature efficacy by using data
  • Balance the considerations of engineering, sales, marketing, support, success, operations, and finance in creating holistic solutions to customer problems

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience
  • You are organized, results-driven and process-oriented
  • You are a creative and empathetic product thinker who loves collaborating with other teams to build products that create tangible and measurable value
  • You have an understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery
  • You are a strategic thinker who keeps the company’s goals in mind when making decisions
  • You care about good design and exhibit design thinking
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, capable of influencing across teams and levels
  • You care about continuous product improvement, and can balance the big with the small
  • You understand engineering capabilities and constraints, and work well with engineers
  • You are comfortable using data and analytics to craft compelling stories

Nice To Have:

  • B2B Saas experience
  • Industry experience: logistics, last mile delivery
  • Experience using Amplitude, Figma, Productboard, or other product development tools

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000 annually. We consider various factors in determining actual pay, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and locatio
