How You Will Contribute to Our Mission:
- Establish Product Metrics: Define and implement key performance indicators to measure success effectively.
- Design Solutions: Create innovative solutions that align with measurable objectives and enhance user experiences.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with engineers to advocate for optimal customer experiences throughout product development.
- Customer-Centric Design: Translate customer needs into effective, thoughtful design solutions that address their challenges.
- Stay Current: Engage with ongoing user research to remain informed about evolving business and customer needs.
- Inspire and Energize: Contribute inspiring ideas and foster a collaborative, energetic team environment.
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Alignment with Our Principles: Demonstrates a strong commitment to our core values and principles.
- Academic Background: Holds a degree in Economics or a related field.
- Experience in Finance or Product Management on finance products: Has a track record in managing financial products, particularly in invoicing and payment systems.
- Passion for Problem Solving: Enthusiastic about using technology to resolve human-centric issues.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Capable of navigating complexity and understanding interdependencies within projects.
- Metrics-Driven: Skilled in defining and analyzing metrics that gauge the success of digital products.
- Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent communication abilities across all levels—within teams, across the company, to users and broader audiences.
- Post-Launch Optimization: Experience in leading post-launch improvements, including the development of testing strategies to enhance product performance.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects while addressing the needs of various stakeholders.
