In this role, you will execute product strategy and prioritization, coordinate work across initiatives and liaise with stakeholders across Tripadvisor. You will translate business needs into product plans that incorporate appropriate research and stakeholder input. To be a successful candidate, you will be passionate about data, able to craft a vision, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your communication skills allow you to excel at collaborating in a global, distributed team environment. The Senior Product Manager reports to the Director, Head of Product Experiences. This role is open for remote work.

 What you’ll do:

  • As the owner of your product, you’ll wear any and all hats necessary to make your product the best possible.  You’ll own the feature roadmap, performance measurement & testing, user research, make informed tactical decisions and communicate your vision and progress to your stakeholders
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, UXR, and engineers to build features the marketing team can leverage for their campaigns.
  • Set and execute strategies to improve the Experience product, attractions and supplier pages on desktop and mobile
  • Communicate and build internal alignment around your product roadmap
  • Create detailed specifications for your new product ideas and supervise the creation, testing, and roll out plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key conversion metrics and A/B test to support continual optimization of the product. 
  • Identify opportunities to move Tripadvisor Experiences’ business needs forward while providing the best user experience possible.
  • Collaborate with other product managers, analysts, and design teams to ensure your roadmap fits Tripadvisor’s user expectations. 
  • This role will be focused on TA’s Experiences business with an emphasis on customer acquisition and driving conversion on bookable products.

 What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce with focus on improving conversion and engagement metrics
  • Experience communicating creative and functional ideas and feedback
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and experience running tests
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Process-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Recognizes own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development and seeks feedback. Can acknowledge mistakes when relevant, learn from those mistakes, and move forward productively.
  • Self-motivated worker with entrepreneurial passion. Proven creative problem-solving and innovative mindset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Goal orientated with a demonstrated record of success in previous endeavors; motivated to deliver exceptional results, driven by a strong work ethic.
