MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
Our Product function is growing, and this is a critical role within our ecommerce platform transformation. As Senior Product Manager for the Buy team, you’ll lead one of the most commercially impactful product areas at MOO. Your mission is to ensure customers can seamlessly purchase, pay, and manage their accounts across our global storefronts.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Ops, and the Head of Product to shape the future of MOO’s purchase experience. This includes cart, checkout, orders, payments, tax, and customer accounts across both the classic and new platforms. This work is foundational to enabling growth in both custom print and our expanding branded merchandise offering.
Expect a mix of strategic platform thinking, hands-on delivery, and high-leverage stakeholder collaboration. It's a chance to lead at the heart of MOO’s migration journey with huge commercial impact and technical depth.
The Role
- This role will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Buy team, ensuring MOO delivers a high-performing, scalable and customer-friendly purchase experience. You’ll:
 - Own the product roadmap for the Buy team, covering core ecommerce capabilities including cart, checkout, order lifecycle, payments, tax, saved addresses, and customer accounts
 - Lead migration of core Buy capabilities from our Classic platform to the New Platform, delivering feature parity, improved experience and international readiness
 - Collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver payment, checkout and order infrastructure upgrades that are secure, performant and extensible
 - Improve conversion, repeat purchase and customer experience through iterative test-and-learn delivery
 - Support commercial growth by ensuring customers can reorder easily, manage their saved projects, and engage across multiple channels, including both self-serve, and Managed Service experience
 - Drive continuous improvement by reducing friction, eliminating bugs, optimising flow, and supporting cost savings across fulfilment and servicing
 - Work across end-to-end experiences within eCommerce, collaborating closely with internal teams
 - Represent the Buy team in planning, OKRs, strategic initiatives, and cross-platform alignment

The person we want
- 7+ years in product management, ideally with senior-level scope in ecommerce, fulfilment, or checkout domains
 - Experience in both B2C and B2B settings, with appreciation for different user expectations and operational models
 - Strong grasp of ecommerce tech stacks, including payment gateways, order management, tax/localisation, customer accounts, and fulfilment workflows
 - Track record of leading cross-functional teams to ship measurable improvements in complex, distributed platforms
 - Confidence with data and fluent in A/B testing, funnel optimisation, service level metrics, and financial impact modelling
 - Strong product instincts with the ability to go deep on detail and zoom out for strategy
 - Excellent stakeholder management skills. You can influence decisions, build buy-in, and bring teams on the journey
 - Clear communication and storytelling. You can explain trade-offs, frame priorities, and align diverse groups around a common vision
 - Real customer obsession. You’re driven to uncover real user needs and work across disciplines to address them
 - Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy. You can define your own path, ask smart questions, and execute without hand-holding

Responsibilities
- Shaping and owning the Buy roadmap, from discovery to delivery
 - Defining clear outcomes, success measures and strategic trade-offs
 - Running inclusive and insight-led discovery with engineering, UX, analytics, and customer service
 - Working cross-functionally to break down work into prioritised, testable outcomes
 - Monitoring performance, defining KPIs, and proving incremental value to the business
 - Ensuring that migration work delivers not just feature parity, but improved experience and efficiency
 - Guiding decision-making through data, research and commercial impact
 - Leading and inspiring the Buy squad with vision, focus and clarity

About You
- You love product. You're curious, rigorous, and never stop thinking about how to make things better. You ask good questions and enjoy shaping solutions through iteration, not assumption
 - You’re technically strong. You don’t need to write code, but you understand the architecture and can have meaningful conversations with engineers
 - You’re customer-focused and commercially aware. You see the user journey and the margin impact
 - You thrive in messy, interesting problems with real constraints, real trade-offs and multiple stakeholders
 - You’re energised by big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and you switch between them easily
 - You’re a natural collaborator. People trust you, teams enjoy working with you, and you get things done without drama
 - You’re not afraid to say “I don’t know” and then figure it out

Nice To Haves
- Experience working with third-party fulfilment or ecommerce partners such as payment processors, tax services, or checkout vendors
 - Familiarity with global tax handling, invoice flows, and compliance standards for ecommerce
 - Experience launching products in international or multi-currency markets
 - Comfortable working with legacy systems, platform migrations or infrastructure modernisation
