Senior Product Manager, Developer Experience

RippleX’s mission is to inspire and enable developers and institutions to collectively build the Internet of Value (IoV) - which will enable the world to move value like information moves today. We contribute to open-source protocol development and innovation that enables the IoV (e.g. the XRP Ledger, Interledger Protocol, PayString); we build tools and offer services, programs and support to enable developers to build on the XRP Ledger (XRPL); and we partner with financial services firms and institutions to co-develop solutions that use the XRPL and XRP.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to helm the cross-functional team responsible for engaging the vast developer community building on the open-source XRP Ledger. In this role, you’ll establish strong relationships with developers around the world by crafting amazing products to help them build the Internet of Value (IOV).

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for the priorities, roadmap, and delivery of the developer experience for XRP Ledger Developers. You will be responsible for driving innovative developer tools, SDKs, libraries, and onboarding experiences on XRPL.org. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives spanning product development, strategy, and partnerships to grow the XRP Ledger developer community.

The role is based in San Francisco Or New York and will report to the Head of Product for RippleX.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Execute the overall strategy for an amazing developer experience that enables developers and partners to build applications on XRP Ledger
• Take XRPL.org, developer tools, SDKs, libraries, documentation, and sandbox environments to the next level
• Work with our senior product and engineering leaders across many teams (Tokenization, Liquidity, CBDC, Interoperability, and many more) to identify the biggest opportunities for Ripple to help developers build businesses on XRPL
• Have deep developer empathy and a customer-centric mindset
• Influence key stakeholders across Ripple to align resources and prioritization
• Advocate on behalf of the broader developer community
• Identify strategic and tactical product opportunities to grow developer product adoption

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years experience as a product manager with a proven track record of building and launching impactful products
• Experience in fintech
• Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with a developer audience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Prepared to take on responsibilities and contribute from day one
• Ability to execute with a lean team in a high ambiguity environment
• Desire to lead, influence, and inspire a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts
