We're looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Data Products team to help shape the future of our customer-facing analytics experience and infrastructure – a critical piece of Snyk’s Developer Security platform.
In this role you’ll collaborate with various stakeholders across the company to analyze the customers’ needs, defining flows and features. You’ll work collaboratively with development teams to drive execution as well as the field teams to launch new capabilities.

You’ll spend your time:
- Designing and defining detailed specifications for technical and functional requirements
- Collaborating with the Data & Engineering teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities and continuously monitoring progress and delivery
- Conducting ongoing customer and prospect conversations to acquire a deep understand of their needs and pain points
- Working closely with Product Marketing and GTM teams on enabling and collecting feedback on new features
- Developing communication plan for Snyk’s solution and feature sets to customers and market analysts
- Conducting ongoing customer and prospect conversations to acquire a deep understanding of their needs and pain points
- Driving execution on our roadmap, including defining feature requirements, and leading engineering, marketing and others towards successful end to end delivery and launch of capabilities
What You’ll Need:
- Are motivated by delighting users and have empathy for their challenges - you’ll be a product leader and voice of the customer
- Communicate proactively and clearly, and would enjoy working in highly cross-functional, distributed product teams
- Have strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytics skills
- Are familiar with agile software development practices, have a technical background or have worked closely with developers before
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and enjoy helping others to be successful
We’d be Lucky if You:
- Have experience working with data and like getting hands on to build prototypes
- Have domain expertise in cybersecurity and developer tools
- Have familiarity with Application Security, DevSecOps, AST (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST)
- Have experience with building customer-facing data applications
- Have experience with enterprise, government or regulated industries - bringing empathy for those users unique challenges
- Have prior experience working with cross-functional teams that are geographically distributed
