What: ?‍?

You'll work closely with designers, engineers, stakeholders, and the product director. You will act as the voice of our customers and be a stable bridge between engineering and the business. As a senior product manager, you'll share your experience with others in the company to help them learn and grow.

Responsibilities: ?

• Work closely with users of data to find their biggest problems

• Build and lead our Data platform team(s) to 'Enable the correct usage of data throughout Juni by providing the tools, knowledge, support and governance where needed', for example:

  • Prioritise development of tooling that customer-facing teams can use

  • Provide expertise to Domain Owners, assigned to customer-facing teams, on how to use Data

• Strike a balance between new 'features' and bugs

• Use appropriate product frameworks (e.g. interviews, RICE scoring etc.)

• Communicate product delivery to internal stakeholders, and external customers

Within 1 month you'll have:

• Understood how Juni’s product teams work

• Integrated with your team

• Shipped your first Data release ?

Within 3 months you'll have:

• Defined your teams' key metrics and roadmap

• Shipped many releases and fixed critical bugs ?

• Enabled customer-facing teams to get value from Data themselves

Within 6 months you'll have:

• Delivered against your metrics and roadmap (with some bumps along the way)

• Grown your team(s)

• Led the support of Domain Owners being deployed into customer-facing teams
