We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, CX/ CS in Singapore. You will report to the Product Director and will be responsible for defining and executing the squad’s roadmap, working cross functionally with other business areas, design and tech, making sure all initiatives are impactful and drive improvements to our customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Define and manage product vision, strategy and detailed roadmap
- Be the owner for our customer service and experience funnel, ensuring customers are well taken care of on the Vestiaire platform.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and UI/UX design team to deliver a joyful and rewarding customer experience on the platform.
- Build scalable traffic, campaign, voucher tools to support promotion events
- Lead and mentor product owners, grow the team
- Define clear KPIs, prioritise functions based on product strategy & business impact, follow up results on feature launches, track impact on customer happiness, retention and contact rates
- Communicate cross-company the strategy and impact of new releases
Who you are
- Asia Ecommerce or relevant industry experience and background
- 3+ years experience and above in a product centric position
- Organised, results & data driven with an analytical mindset
- Familiar with eCommerce buyer & seller customer journeys and pain points
- Familiar with customer relationship management software
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously & effectively in evolving and dynamic environment
- Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues
- Have an agile mind that is adept at strategy and execution in a rapidly evolving product landscape.
