Our mission at Curai is to make high-quality healthcare accessible to all. We are fulfilling this audacious mission by building a scalable virtual-first primary care service that provides patients with high-quality care anytime, anywhere, from any device, at a very affordable price, by blending high-touch clinical care and  artificial intelligence.

Our company is remote-first and we consider candidates across the United States.

The Role
The Senior Patient Product Manager will own our end-to-end patients’ Curai Health experience. The patient-facing product PM will be laser-focused on engaging our patients in an experience that feels better than “old-school healthcare” and leans on best practices from consumer technology to drive real outcomes measured by happier, healthier patients.

Who You Are
• A craftsperson who puts your heart into your work, from the big picture to the smallest details
• Curious, creative, and comfortable in the unknown, you thrive in complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environments.
• A pragmatic visionary who understands that shipped is better than perfect
• A natural self-starter and problem solver who takes the initiative
• A team player who knows that great work happens from diverse perspectives and collaboration
• Passionate about Curai’s mission and vision to make high-quality healthcare accessible to all

What You’ll Do
• Work closely with Engineering, UX, Operations, Clinical Operations, and the rest of the product managers' teams to develop the future of accessible primary care and reimagine and deliver a highly coordinated healthcare experience for patients.
• Own the patient product vision, strategy and roadmap for the company. You’ll be responsible for working across the organization and incorporating external insights to inform Curai’s consumer vision, creating the roadmap that will help us deliver on this vision, and leading your team’s execution on it.
• Deepen your knowledge of the healthcare industry through research on companies and trends and by contributing to our business strategy.
• Get your hands dirty. Our product managers sometimes find themselves everywhere, from participating in external discussions and setting the strategy to writing tickets and leading standups.
• Balance is highly data-driven with a posture towards action. You will move fast with thoughtfulness and always have the bigger picture in mind.
• Engage with patients and B2B clients to promote Curai and the patient experience.
• Own your team’s understanding of our product, the market we exist in, and how high-level company strategy translates to day-to-day work. Communicate clearly and often.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including designers, developers, clinicians, data scientists, and more.
• Vet third-party software vendors for new feature work that may help us accelerate certain aspects of the experience.
• Lean on research and direct patient feedback to understand “the voice of the patient” and use that to drive the product roadmap.

What You’ll Need
• 7+ years of consumer-facing product experience with quantifiable business and end-user impact
• Embrace ambiguity and grey areas while leading the company forward
• Enthusiasm for building a product that satisfies the goal of increasing access to healthcare
• Reliability, self-motivation, and grit
• Demonstrated ability to work and lead cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clear communication that flows from clear thought
• Facility with synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into themes or conclusions
• High EQ and user empathy
• Appreciation for the complexity of healthcare and understanding the different ecosystem players

Nice to have
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex work
• Experience in driving growth and user acquisition
• Machine learning & AI exposure
• User research experience
