We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager with extensive data knowledge to help shape the future of User Experience Analytics and empower our customers to create exceptional experiences for all users.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of our user experience analytics product. Working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data scientists, and analysts, you will enhance the user experience, improve functionality, and expand the product's market reach.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the strategy and tactics for your product scope.
  • Measure product impact and define OKRs with the Director of Product.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to track product adoption, engagement, and performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to ideate and deliver top solutions for our customers.
  • Utilize analysis tools for user experience, behavioral, and product analytics.
  • Engage with users to identify problems and drive user research.
  • Work with Product Marketing on Go-To-Market strategies and competitive analysis.
  • Lead and gain stakeholder buy-in for initiatives, rallying teams to your vision.
  • Perform qualitative, quantitative, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Build a user community and coach team members on product methodology.
  • Continuously improve processes and help junior PMs grow.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, especially with data-related products.
  • Experience leading software products from discovery to shipping.
  • Strong technical and data knowledge, with analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency with analysis tools related to user experience and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong sense of User Experience and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
