We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help make Spotify a frictionless experience for our users' dynamic lives. Whatever the moment, whichever device they use, whoever they are with, this role is central to putting great audio within easy reach.

Over the years, Spotify has led the way by being available everywhere. This role takes this convenience to a new level from a new product area in our Platform & Partner Experience (PPX) department. PPX is responsible for the Spotify consumer experience beyond the Spotify mobile app: spanning TVs, speakers, desktop, cars, wearables and myriad integrations.

What you’ll do

Bridge engineering, design and insights teams to regularly ship impactful and reliable cross platform experiences
Engage research and product teams to identify listeners’ needs across devices and moments
Define, supervise and analyse data for cross platform behaviours to determine development
Apply creativity and experimentation to define solutions that succeed with users
Work collaboratively across teams to create and maintain a roadmap that unlocks value
Provide product perspectives, assess opportunities and formulate strategies
Collaborate with relevant parts of the organisation to secure agreement and sustain progress
Clearly communicate product plans, context and results to team and across the organisation

Who you are

3+ years of senior product management experience (or above) with a track record of delivering high quality digital consumer experiences
Proven ability to translate user empathy into something users love whilst using data as a powerful decision making tool
Experience running experiments and interpreting quantitative and qualitative findings
Comfort driving projects from start-to-finish, with a predictable cadence across multiple dependencies
Driven, but with a strong collaborative approach and willing to be hands-on across an expansive tech stack
Excellent oral and written communicator, able to simplify complexity and influence decision-making at all levels
