Join Collibra’s Product Management team

As our Senior Product Manager with our Knowledge Graph Data Governance Pillar, you will be responsible for successfully specifying software solutions that drive the evolution of data and governance processes. You will contribute to the product vision and own the execution of the roadmap, collaborate with our internal and external customers, and drive user adoption to ensure Collibra remains on top of an ever-evolving data ecosystem. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise in data governance and proven, strategic Product Management experience. You will collaborate with primary stakeholders, including:

  • Product and technical teams, including product management, architecture, engineering, testing, operations, research, and design.
  • Business teams, including marketing, sales and pre-sales, customer success, and professional services.
  • Ecosystem partners and other service providers.
  • Customers’ business and technical teams.

This is a hybrid role based in our Brussels office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week to stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

Senior Product Managers at Collibra are responsible for

  • Developing the product vision, delivering on the feature roadmap, and ensuring adoption by internal and external users.
  • Understanding pain points and industry trends to provide new product ideas and make data-informed decisions.
  • Overseeing planning and execution for their product teams.
  • Owning product delivery commitments and outcomes by managing the backlog and milestones of your teams.
  • Tracking the progress, mitigating the risks, and managing the dependencies of your product deliverables.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience and expertise in managing metadata, data governance, databases, and data integrations at enterprise scale.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve high-priority customer escalations by serving as the product subject matter expert and effectively communicating solutions and timelines.
  • Exceptional organisational agility and prioritisation skills, with the ability to quickly pivot the roadmap or team focus in response to market shifts or urgent business needs.
  • Demonstrated resilience and grace under pressure, particularly when managing product launches, critical deadlines, or high-stakes internal/external reviews.
  • Proven track record of growth and increasing product management responsibilities in other fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience gathering technical requirements, creating specifications, and workflow documents for product and feature releases.
  • Ability to champion an AI-first approach where intelligent automation is the foundational layer of the product roadmap, rather than a secondary feature or add-on.
  • Deep understanding of the modern AI stack—including model selection, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures—to effectively partner with engineering on building scalable, intelligent systems
  • Relentless focus on solving core business problems with AI, ensuring every deployment moves the needle on user pain points rather than pursuing "AI for the sake of AI."
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

You are

  • Passionate & curious, able to find creative solutions to problems.
  • A technical minded Product Manager with experience defining the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management strategies for configurable, multi-step customer tools.
  • A strong UX/UI advocate with experience defining user journeys within multi-step processes for complex enterprise tasks.
  • Strong understanding and affinity to software development. Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or any other object-oriented programming language
  • Analytical and able to use data for decision making.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity without compromising results.
  • A good communicator and collaborator who can align technical and business stakeholders.

Measures of success are
