As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a part of a cross-functional and distributed team where Engineering, Design and Product Insights set the path for the world’s next leading in-car audio experience to validate and scale it to millions and missions of users.
You will be the voice of Spotify working with some of the largest companies in the world that we have partnered up with to be at the forefront as the in-car entertainment systems of tomorrow are being developed.
In this position you will have the opportunity to impact +100 million users all over the world and determine how the future of audio in the car will look… oh well, look and sound.

What you’ll do
- Find opportunities and formulate strategies to craft how the future of audio in the car space will affect the lives of 100+ million users.
- Influence and work with teams across Spotify to get the strategy and vision done.
- Work with design, product insights and engineering to innovate, generate concepts and bring them to life.
- Take care of the full user life cycle, developing and driving user activation and retention activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with product teams at large international companies that Spotify has as strategic partners.
- Make sure that your team is constantly doing the right things, and has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support.
Who you are:
- You are self motivated and have a strong focus on delivery of user value.
- You have long experience working with product development in a Product Manager role working with and completing product strategies.
- You are able to formulate a vision and a strategy and communicate it to partners and Spotifiers alike.
- You can take the same vision and strategy and translate it for your team to build consensus.
- You can define and follow key metrics, objectives and key results to guide the strategy execution.
- You have a proven track record in partner development and understand how to build that outstanding win-win-win situation.
- You have proven successes in taking several products from idea to market to iteration.
- You can easily assess opportunities and say No to minimize the amount of parallel work.
- You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach. “You don’t win unless your team wins”.
- You learn quickly and can quickly digest and triangulate multiple sources of information.
- You are an excellent communicator in English, whether it be in words or in writing.
- You are open to travelling for work.
