To support our growth strategy, we are seeking experienced B2B Card industry specialists to scale this product for Modulr.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to our success by:
- Supporting the development of comprehensive product strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals, emerging technologies and new commercial opportunities
- Leading execution of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, leading and co-ordinating cross-functional SMEs, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales
- Defining and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of product strategies
- Optimizing the competitiveness of our card payments infrastructure through adoption of new industry standards
- Building stable foundations for our Card payment infrastructure to scale with our business growth, reducing internal manual efforts and minimizing the risk for any service interruptions
- Staying informed about UK financial regulations and ensure that all Card products adhere to compliance requirements
Who You Are
What you’ll need
- Extensive exposure to a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in Cards / Commercial Cards & payment processing, working on direct integrations across the card payment eco-system (& B2B platforms)
- Ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams and across wider stakeholder groups, inc Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Finance, Data & Compliance (with experience of agile & waterfall development methodoligies)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to solve problems , relevant attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
