Senior Product Manager - Cards Experience

If you raise your eyes to the sky tonight you’ll probably be able to see one of the most conspicuous constellations in the night sky — Orion. If you then look at your phone and open the Pleo app you’ll be one of the thousands of people interacting with products of team Orion’s work. They own the employee user experience and most of the mobile experience. And we’re on a mission to grow their audience of empowered working people by more than 20x the next following years. By that point it could raise a question — on a given day will you have more stargazers looking at Orion in the sky or DAU in our app? 😅

As we grow some of the teams split into several and that’s exactly the situation we have here with this role. So which parts will you be looking after?

Quite a few, to be honest, as you will drive the main Pleo experience for everyone spending with Pleo. That includes purchase experience, all things related to changing employee’s balance (cash expenses reimbursements, mileage logging, daily allowance, etc), some admin functionality, and probably taking new bets. All in all — finding ways to make Pleo fit for every employee.

• You know how to craft mobile user experience that drives adoption and gets the job done. We’re not competing for employees' attention, we want them to spend the least amount of time in the app. Sometimes the best interface is no interface 🙌
• Visuals are important to you. We have a great design tradition and the goal is to keep improving it!
• You like to dig deep — in the financial field we’re working with a lot of complexity…
• …which is why aiming to bring simplicity to it is another principle of ours that we hope you share. You will know how to cater to complexity without making the experience complicated.
