What you'll do

• Re-imagine how product management teams collaborate before and after stuff lands in Jira– product strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, insights, prioritization, and much more.
• Lead one of our product teams, working closely with our founders, product managers, product designers, and engineers to develop new features that make a difference.
• Understand, co-create, articulate, and evolve the vision and strategy of our Product.
• Take ownership of the discovery process and support the engineering team in the delivery and quality assurance process.
• Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Partner up with our customer success and sales teams to systematically understand user needs and problems.
• Collaborate with our product marketers to successfully showcase, market, and onboard users and stakeholders to new features.
• Use airfocus to build a better airfocus (you will love it).
• Mentor other product managers.

We work in small cross-functional teams that usually consist of 3-4 engineers, a product designer, and a product manager. You’ll be part of the entire product development lifecycle.

• You are a product manager with at least 4 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of building scalable SaaS products.
• Technical acumen and experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, security, operations, marketing).
• Ability to set and align your team on strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and measures of success.
• You have a great feeling for design and an opinion that you aren’t afraid to share.
• You have a founder mindset - you enjoy working in a highly autonomous, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
• You have the ability to identify bottlenecks in a product delivery process and the drive to proactively solve them.
• Ability to build confidence, cohesion, and inspiration across the organization.
• You can multitask and work on 2-3 initiatives at the same time.
• Fluency in English.
