MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 300 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Lincoln, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
Are you a Product Designer that wants to own design for a completely new B2B Application? Do you want to work on a product that is critical to the growth of the business? Whilst being able to evangelise UI/UX Best practices?
As Moo scales we are constantly looking for ways to delight our customers and ensure we give them remarkable products and experiences. In doing so we uncovered the need to build a brand-new platform for our growing base of enterprise customers and have a B2B focused application.
Therefore, we have a need for a Senior Product Designer to come in and be the go-to person for everything with regards to design for this new platform. The aim being to design a seamless, engaging, and commercially performing experience for all users of our platform.
The Product Designer will be coming in to own both UI and UX for the platform. You will be working closely with all the senior stakeholders including CEO, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and the Finance to understand the requirements and create a design and experience that engages and excites.
It will be for you to bring all the stakeholders on the journey of design by running discovery sessions, understand our users’ problems, wireframing solutions, validating these solutions, and ultimately presenting these back to the team.
Ultimately, The Product Designer will be coming in to evangelise design best practices and create a continuous improvements ethos in the business to make sure we are ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest services and tools, we can use to improve our users experience.
The Successful Product Designer Will Have:
- We do not have a huge set of skills that we look for. All we ask is that you are a driven Product Designer that enjoys learning, solving complex problems, and have an appreciation for UI/UX best practices
- Experience building the design for a public facing application and able to explain the user journey and what problem the design was solving.
- Experience of working across UI and UX – this is a holistic role overseeing both the user interface and experience.
- Understanding of how-to bring stakeholders on the journey – We will look to see how you have collaborated with different teams to gather requirements and bring them on the design journey.
- A hunger to learn! We are always looking for the best ways of working. This means we are always looking to use new technologies. As such, you must be keen to learn and develop with the company.
