We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping both our design system and designing innovative solutions. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact projects, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling user experience across our platform. We value strong visual skills, deep understanding of design principles, and impeccable taste—qualities that are increasingly rare but essential for building world-class products.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with PMs, UXR, developers and marketing, advocating for high-quality design and pushing back when necessary to maintain standards. You should be open to feedback, thrive on exploring multiple design concepts, and consistently challenge the status quo with creative, outside-the-box thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence in visual design
  • Design solutions that are both aesthetically compelling and functionally effective
  • Work closely with the design team to uphold a high standard of visual quality, ensuring strong typography, color, composition, and hierarchy
  • Advocate for thoughtful, user-centered design decisions by confidently addressing concerns with stakeholders when necessary
  • Work closely with UX researchers and developers to refine and implement solutions effectively
  • Be highly receptive to feedback and iterate rapidly on multiple design directions
  • Drive innovation by questioning the status quo and proposing bold, creative solutions
  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence, mentoring and inspiring fellow designers

Experience and Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual excellence and user-centered design
  • Proven experience working on design systems and scalable UI frameworks
  • Exceptional visual skills, a deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and composition
  • A strong sense of taste and an eye for detail
  • Ability to push back constructively when necessary and advocate for design integrity
  • Comfortable working alongside PMs, researchers, and developers in a collaborative environment
  • Curious mindset, always open to exploring new ideas, questioning norms, and thinking beyond the obvious
  • Ability to balance speed with craft, knowing when to iterate quickly and when to refine
  • Familiar with tools like Figma and/or Sketch
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Interaction Design or a related design field or equivalent work experience
