What you'll be doing

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in improving digital products and designing new features. Your main goal is to make sure that the user's needs and expectations are met while ensuring that the product is visually appealing, in line with our standards, intuitive to use, and easy to navigate. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Feature Design - Lead the end-to-end design of new features and products, from discovery to delivery.

• Design System - Help grow and improve our design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency.

• Ownership - Drive the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy.

• Strategic Impact - Act as a strategic partner, using design to influence product direction and business goals.

• Team Growth - Mentor other designers and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation.

• Data-Driven Design - Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure design impact and inform product strategy.

• UX Writing - Craft clear, concise copy that enhances product usability and guides the user.

• Accessibility & Inclusion - Stand up for accessibility and inclusivity, accounting for users with visual andmotor impairments.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Relevant experience - 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.

• UX Expertise - Deep expertise in UX principles and a proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.

• Tools Mastery - Expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design and research tools.

• Portfolio - A strong portfolio showcasing your strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact.

• Communication - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence senior stakeholders.

• Mentorship - Proven experience mentoring designers and contributing to a positive team culture.

• Business Acumen - Strong business acumen and the ability to connect design decisions to business KPIs.

• Autonomy - Pro-active and autonomous, takes initiative, and has skills in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Bilingual proficiency - Professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
