Senior Product Designer - Recruiting (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our recruiting tribe and help us extend and improve our Recruiting product. For this role we need Designers with a strong understanding of the best practices in the product design field and that can bring forward all design activities within the team as well as help other designers grow and improve.
In this position you’ll be responsible to help our team to identify opportunities to improve our user experience and execute on them with high-quality design solutions. To achieve that, you’ll work closely with our Research team and make sure that our strategies and designs remain in line with our Users’ needs and relevant to our business.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

• Bring strong product design processes and best practices
• Help our team grow and mentor junior designers
• Work on projects that require us to interpret data to understand our users’ behaviours
• Create a holistic user experiences to match customer and business needs
• Partner up with UX Research team to drive discovery initiatives
• Be part of a mission-based multidisciplinary team, working side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineers
• Be a key part of our product development process driving design projects from concept to delivery
• Create prototypes for testing and stakeholder review 
• Partner up with UX Research team to drive discovery
• Drive co-creation sessions with other team members and stakeholders
• Deliver project specifications and support implementationContributing to our Design System

• You have at least 5 years of experience in designing web-based applications, ideally in a SaaS environment
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your experience with digital products
• You understand how people interact with digital products, their cognitive biases and industry established interaction patterns
• You have a strong understanding of visual design and attention to detail
• You have the ability to iterate quickly, create low and high fidelity prototypes
• You have a good understanding of information architecture 
• You seek and provides feedback regularly for continuous improvement
• You are fluent in English and have great communication skills
