To help us crush our mission, we're on the hunt for a (Senior) Product Designer who's ready to create epic product experiences as part of our diverse crew.
ResponsibilitiesAs a (Senior) Product Designer, you will:
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Community Managers, and our technical team to understand user and stakeholder needs and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Lead user research and usability testing activities to gain insights, inform design decisions, and make sure our users' voices are heard loud and clear within the company.
Drive the UI/UX design process autonomously, from research, ideation and prototyping to high-fidelity UI, ensuring consistency with our brand across our mobile app and web product.
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, involving them early in the design process to gain their perspective and to ensure a smooth implementation.
Stay in the loop on industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices to continually improve our product design processes.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a digital Product Designer.
Proven proficiency in Figma and experience with component libraries.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and the impact of your work on past projects.
Solid experience in user research, usability testing, and prototyping. An eye for accessibility is a huge plus to make our product even better.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the design process.
A reflective mindset that challenges the status quo and fosters a culture of learning within the design team and company.
Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions in both English and German.

We are a remote-first company, allowing you to work fully remote or in our offices in Hamburg and Berlin.
We organize bi-annual company-wide retreats and optional quarterly meet-ups.
