You @ Privy (an Attentive Company)
- You’ll own design projects end-to-end, from ideation and research to execution, for new and existing products and features.
- You’ll lead design concepts that meet business goals, solve user needs and are technically feasible to implement.
- You’ll partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to build and ship experiences that delight our users.
- You’ll seek out quantitative and qualitative data to make informed design decisions, influencing the product roadmap and improving the user experience.
- You’ll push visual design standards to be constantly improving, and will help evolve the look and feel of Privy to be relevant and accessible.
- You’ll add to and maintain our design system across our product.
- You’ll work directly with our Design Manager to cultivate a design process that is built on strong cross-functional collaboration.
- You’ll act as a design and experience expert for our employees, advising on best practices and solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of related professional experience, with a proven track record of leading design projects for consumer or SMB experiences
- Unafraid to ask questions and communicate effectively and openly, working across teams and directly with department heads
- Ability to explain the “why” behind design decisions to internal stakeholders
- Ability to defend your work, but also take feedback and iterate in a professional manner
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and deliverables of thoughtful design work
- High proficiency with prototyping and visual design software
- Our team is remote but need to be willing to work East Coast hours
