About the role

We're looking for Senior Product Designers to join our Design team at Pleo. In this role, you'll help craft the future of our user experience as we scale our mobile and web applications. If you're excited about big innovative ideas, then this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing

We have two roles available at the moment. One is in our AI team, the other in our Growth team. In both roles, you will:

Work in a dedicated team with Product and Developer counterparts.
Bring those ideas to life through whatever means available to you. Research, understand, ideate, validate, create… whatever it takes!
Speak to and help our users.

In addition, as a Senior Product Designer for AI, you will:

Come up with incredible use-cases for AI across our entire product surface.
Collaborate with and inspire other teams with your brilliant ideas and applications of AI.

And as a Senior Product Designer for Growth, you will:

Design horizontally across our entire product space, dreaming up incredible ways to facilitate self-service experiences that make life frictionless for our customers.
Think strategically about the best way to design, knowing which pieces to invest in first so we can learn, iterate, and deliver value sequentially.

Who you’ll be working with and reporting to:

In both roles you will report to one of our Directors of Product Design and work closely with our Staff Designers to dream big and craft thoughtfully detailed experiences. As you should expect, you’ll also work with Product and Tech counterparts.

How you’ll develop in this role:

In your first 6 months at Pleo, you’ll:

Help deliver on existing roadmaps.
Ideate at least one great concept and see it through to production.
Very importantly, bring ideas that play a HUGE part in defining what’s to come 🚀

Annual Salary

The annual salary for this position goes from €75,000 to €91,000.
This varies based on your location but we'd be happy to share more about our approach to pay and this range during your first call with us!
