Responsibilities
Design product experiences, interfaces, flows, and layouts
Create primitives, patterns, and principles for our design system
Collaborate with product to ship Customer-focused solutions at the right time
Collaborate with engineering to ensure our design system & user experience is consistent with code
Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure that public assets are showcasing our brand and value in a compelling way
Maintain and shape a Figma Design System Library
Bring curiosity, positivity, and an entrepreneurial attitude to each day
What We're Looking For
You have years of experience shipping designs at startups or small teams in partnership with product
You have an extensive portfolio of product design work that shows mastery of Figma
You have experience leading, providing feedback to, and/or mentoring creative people
You enjoy digging into front-end code and working closely with engineering
