You’ll collaborate closely with design, product and engineering partners to bring ideas from concept to launch—grounded in user research and executed through high-quality design. This role is hands-on and impact-driven, with opportunities to shape both the user experience and the design culture as we continue building a thoughtful, end-to-end CLM platform.
What You'll Do

Strong collaboration skills, demonstrated through successful partnerships with product and engineering teams and the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Technical design proficiency with tools like Figma or Sketch, complemented by an understanding of design systems principles and component-based approaches that enable consistent, scalable experiences.
Experience with user research methodologies and testing approaches that inform and validate design decisions.
