inne is the next generation of female health tech enabling natural contraception and fertility care. 

We exist to help women make informed decisions about their fertility and overall female health by making products that fit seamlessly into their lives, and have developed our first innovative biotech product which enables women to analyze fertility hormones in their saliva. Since our launch in 2020 we have enabled thousands of women to track their progesterone levels and helped hundreds of women to predict their ovulation for conception. 

We are an interdisciplinary team who has seen first hand how women’s need for female health education and accurate fertility insights have been underserved. Through our mission, we are pushing the boundaries of science, technology and design guided by our values. 

We are just about to take the next step into an incredible journey of female health, launching new products in 2024. If you want to be part of creating a wave in female health, you have come to the right place!

You will be at the heart of our mission, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, data science, and customer success Your key responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively across teams to understand business needs, user requirements, and contribute to the realization of our vision.

  • Be the voice of our users: constantly deepening understanding and empathy for our key users needs and goals across the company.

  • Utilize your research skills to collect both qualitative and quantitative data. Frame challenges and make informed decisions, whether enhancing existing flows or developing our next groundbreaking product.

  • Validate new concepts through rapid prototyping and conduct usability tests with our community of users.

  • Craft visually stunning and compassionate experiences for everyday use, emphasizing the importance of user satisfaction and engagement.

  • Own and evolve our visual brand language and design system to ensure a consistent and delightful user experience.

  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency by taking full ownership of your work, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships in a structured manner.

  • 6+ years of product design experience, showcasing a creative process and dedication to craft. Previous experience in the health or wellness sector is a definite plus.

  • Proven experience in building mobile experiences for B2C products with daily use.

  • Strong understanding of user design principles. Transforms user needs, market opportunities, and brand values into beautiful, intuitive experiences.

  • A self-organized work process with a proactive, here-to-help attitude, and a strong belief in the value of teamwork.

  • A curious, explorative mindset, with the openness to try new ways of working and learning.

  • Excitement for the future of female health and contraception, driving your commitment to creating impactful solutions.

  • Proficiency in Figma is a must.

  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
